Though it doesn't look as nice as before. I guess most applications will subclass PageableListViewNavigator anyway and replace the markup to fits to their required look & feel. And because these is a core component, I didn't want to replace first/prev/next/last with images.

this does seem to work fine. however, since this is in core, i wonder if the << >> text shouldn't be the default since it doesn't require localization...
PageableListViewNavigator.html is english-only.
