Thnx Eelco,
Its giving 2 error's, it cannot find the constructor's, of new FValidateTextField("stringInput", input, "stringProperty"); in the file FValidateInputForm.java and TextField("integerInRangeInput", input, "integerInRangeProperty"); in both previous file and in TemplatePage.java
I tryed to fetch latest from HEAD to see if it alreaddy got fixed in wicket-contrib.

Ok, I'm done.
I just checked it in, which means that it will be available on anonymous CVS within a few hours...
To test it, you should check out wicket and wicket-contrib from HEAD and build a snapshot (go to wicket, type: 'maven jar:install-snapshot'). Then go to wicket-contrib, and just type 'maven' to download the new dependencies (only velocity-1.4.jar was added).
Now, if you use Eclipse, you can run the contrib examples; the webapp root dir is in ${wicket-contrib}/src/examples/webapp
When you run it, select 'Velocity Template Example', and have a look at the source code.
Have fun!

Jups thats what I need : )

Sorry, not sure what you mean yet. My guess is we want the same, so here's what I need:
- A component that acts like a panel;
- and that has no 'fixed' markup, but instead the actual markup will come from some other source, usually from a database;
- in this markup there is still some room to play around with variables and basic language constructs like foreach loops etc.
I need this because the site I am talking about has some CMS capabilities, and has some predefined blocks with flexible content that is to be maintained by a HTML guy, not a programmer, and that needs to be maintained without having the need to redeploy the application.
Is that what you need as well, or do you need something different?

Hi,
At this moment, for each "WebPage" you have 1 template, with all the components implemented. But what I like to do is to is tell each component to use a certain template, and then implemented in the main page.
