With the proposed changes to RenderedDynamicImageResource, I have been able to finally finish the implementation of RoundCornerBorder and it now works on FireFox and Internet Explorer using 8-bit PNG images. I'd like to be able to commit this into the contrib module or core. Right now it's using the java package wicket.markup.html.border and wicket.markup.html.border.roundcornerborder
I've also got CachedRoundCornerBorder that allows one to cache corners across the entire application.
