yeah, nested is tree stuff and that's horribly broken thanks to all my changes.

i'm going to try to fix that this afternoon. i have no idea what's wrong with signin2...

currently the "nested" example fails and signIn2 throws an exception
(which is not visible to the user).

in english, an iteration would be one execution (iteration) of the
loop. but i understand your
concern and we can change it back. i just wanted something that
wouldn't be confused with
ListItem so that ListView and Loop seem to be more different rather than
more similar....
maybe just having it as a nested class is enough to make it feel
different... also, i think it should
be final, don't you?

may I suggest we use LoopItem instead of Iteration? Reasons:
- We could change Loop and call it Iteration (like
java.util.Iterator), but for me it sounds wrong to call a *single*
iteration (LoopItem) like the whole thing (but may be it is just my
english). Anyway, I got fairly confused when I tried to populate a
loop item.
- Be more consistent with ListView and ListItem
