i think any time i have this week for wicket ought to be spent on resolving clustering issues with chris and helping with the rollout this weekend.

anyway, i don't really have enough time right now to deal with refactoring wicket.util.resource.*
so if someone wants to take it over, here's what needs to be done:

AbstractResource -> AbstractResourceStream
AbstractStringResource -> AbstractStringResourceStream
FileResource -> FileResourceStream
IResource + IResourceStream -> IResourceStream
IStringResource -> IStringResourceStream
ResourceNotFoundException -> ResourceStreamNotFoundException
StringBufferResource -> StringBufferResourceStream
StringResource -> StringResourceStream
UrlResource -> UrlResourceStream
AbstractResourceLocator -> AbstractResourceStreamLocator
ClassLoaderResourceLocator -> ClassLoaderResourceStreamLocator
DefaultResourceLocator -> DefaultResourceStreamLocator
IResourceLocator -> IResourceStreamLocator
PathResourceLocator -> PathResourceStreamLocator
ResourceLocator -> ResourceStreamLocator
Search docs and wiki for references to each renamed class

the only tricky one is IResource + IResourceStream -> IResourceStream, and a little care in the renaming ought to make that one easy too.

if nobody wants to do this, i don't think we have to fix it. it's confusing only until you notice the two different packages involved. we could probably get by with just a note in the javadoc at the top of each of these files.
