Next thing is that if your language is Chinese, it is not doable to use
with utf-8 codes all over the place. I just tested putting Chinese
characters in the HTML directly, and that works fine. BUT you have to
sure your editor is in utf-8 mode. That seems kind of problematic
though, as not all editors seem to be smart enough to look at the
declared encoding (the xml tag). And as the editor preferences are
(naturally) not saved in CVS, it seems a bit dangerous to do this.
