Ah... "Completly bork it" is the phrase that springs to mind.

It looks like the only real option is to change to a version of a Wiki
that uses MySQL DB-based storage - I'll have a look & see what the
popular options might be, as it doesn't look as if there's a way of
having the one we currently use switch to DB-based storage...
