Some points that need clarification: - it isn't explicitly clear when the no-arg constructor of Page is called versus the PageParameter one. - it isn't explicitly clear what makes a page bookmarkable or internal. - it isn't explicitly clear which constructor a bookmarkable page must have. Does a bookmarkable page need a no-arg constructor, a PageParameters constructor, or both? What happens if both are provided, which is invoked when? The current Javadoc put a lot of emphasis on BookmarkableLink instead of explaining what a bookmarkable page requires, independantly of any links to it.
