Though I'm not very interested in receiving an OK report, I'm very
much interested in build and test error, especially if I did the
change.

Assuming cruisecontrol automatically (once something has changed)
builds and tests, I assume I get the error mail only once and don't
get "spamed" with the same message every other hour. Is that correct?
