what we could do is defining the setRowsPerPage in the IRangePageable..
Then a RangePageNavigator can push these things to the IRangePageable....

That was not the idea.
The navigator just cycles through pages.
What a IPageable shows you is up to the IPageable. Could be that it
only can show you one item (read row) at the time.
Don't think only in listview or other table component.
A form can also implement IPageable. But what a form does on next page
is just displaying the next record of a set/list of records it has.
