Summary: PageParameters doesn't escape '&' in values
Initial Comment:
The '&' character in PageParameters values is not
escaped. As a result of this retrieving the value later
result in a stripped value.
Example,
PageParameters params = new PageParameters();
params.put("institute", "a&b");
Later when I try to retrieve this value the following
happens.
String value = params.get("institute");
System.out.println(value) = "a"
