With Martijn's help I set up the dataview and the palette projects, so those
are ready. However I am not going to have time to work on the setup for the
dataview-examples and palette-examples until next week. If someone wants to
throw in the build files for those two its fine by me, Im not even sure how
maven generates the war files anyways.
