Summary: markupType and markup extension
Initial Comment:
I explain the problem with a simple example
I subclas Page in XmlPage and orverride String
getMarkupType() to return "xml" and creaate a
XmlPage.xml markup file
when i try to create a BookmarkableLink to XmlPage in
other markup
this show a normal link to XmlPage.xml
<wicket:link>
<a href="XmlPage.xml">
</wicket:link>
This renders a bookmarkable link
<wicket:link>
<a href="XmlPage.html">
</wicket:link>
I think that the first option is more consistent
