I've used subclipse without problems so far.
However, most of the time I use TortoiseSVN external to eclipse. (http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/)

All,

There are currently two subversion clients for Ecliipse:
 - subclipse
 - subversive

People have had problems with both plugins, so I can't recommend any over the other. Check them both out and reply to the dev list to see which one is better.
