[Wicket-develop] Wicket stuff migration CVS -> SVN NOT done yet

When I got around to doing the migration, the development CVS server of sf.net died.

When it is up again, I'll start the conversion. I'm scheduling it for saturday (income tax statement is due).

In the mean time, please don't start committing to SVN! The contents of the repository will be cleared when the final migration takes place.
