Hi Geertjan,
How did it go? Had fun?

Thanks for asking! Yes, it was great. Our BOF on the Wicket IDE was
successful, unfortunately the attendance wasn't very high because it was
the same time as the final party. Also, there was some discussion
(afterwards at a party) about whether it is a good idea to have a
specific IDE dedictaed to Wicket or whether it would make more sense to
contribute the modules to an IDE. Like, for example, NetBeans maybe? :-)
Also -- great news: thanks to m blog, someone in San Francisco (so,
someone who wasn't attending JavaOne) invited me and my co speaker to
demonstrate Wicket IDE to himself and two colleagues -- who are all
using Wicket on a daily basis! We met them in their hotel and
demonstrated everything we'd done so far. They were pretty impressed but
want us to do a lot more work before they'll find it really useful --
our stuff is just really a prototype currently. And there's now also an
open source project for the work we're doing here:
https://nbwicketsupport.dev.java.net/
Anyone is free to contribute (once we put our sources up there).
