[Wicket-develop] VOTE: 1.3.0 roadmap

while gathering the list of features to backport/put into 1.3 it is clear we want to backport everything. but there are only so many hours in the day and we might want to release 1.3 quickly so we dont take away too much time from 2.0. so lets vote on what we want to go into 1.3 and left overs can go into 1.4

this vote is for committers only - unless you are willing to do the work :)

[1] converter simplifications (backport from 2.0)
[2] lazy session (backport from 2.0)
[3] bookmarkable goodies - forms/links (backport from 2.0)
[4] second level cache (backport from 2.0)
[5] replace pagemap with window (new in 1.3 and 2.0)
[6] some sort of framework for ssl support (new in 1.3 and 2.0)
[7] url on error pointing to offending page instead of error page (new
in 1.3 and 2.0)
[8] session expiration error handling for ajax requests (new in 1.3 and 2.0)

[9] use a filter (WicketFilter) instead of a servlet (WicketServlet) to
dispatch requests (backport from 2.0)
