Initial Comment: I have some issues with the localization in 1.2 and 1.2.1 Alghough the Application_bg.properties is in UTF-8, it still doesnt shows properly in html. Finally I coverted it to Windows-1251, than run native2ascii on it and it worked (as the javadoc says http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/java/util/Properties.html). Are you planning to convert to unicode-escape-seq all the non ISO8859-1 resources?
