Creating a release and uploading the site is quite some process, which takes some time... Perhaps it is best to take that one step at a time through emails and document the process accordingly.
It is necessary that more people on the wicket-stuff project know how to build and release their projects. So if you don't mind spanning the release over a couple of days and documenting as we go, then we can start it.
