I think the problem has been solved. In 1.2 as in 2.0 both labels are children of a border and the label ids must be unique. That was a required in 1.2 and allowed us to find the component while rendering the markups and in 2.0 we have to search both markups to find the fragment. But there should still only be one markup fragment with the same id.
