Summary: autocomplete in firefox behind firefox's own autocomplete
Initial Comment:
When using an AutoCompleteTextField in firefox, the div
with the ul of autocomplete item's shows up behind the
auto complete of firefox's saved form data.
Solution is to set the autocomplete attribute to off
with javascript on the autocomplete text element.

el.setAttribute("autocomplete", "off");
