OK, I've moved trunk/ and branches/wicket-1.x to their new maven default directory structures and modified the poms accordingly.
Anything that went wrong before will still be wrong now, I didn't go and fix any outstanding issues :) Time to start your checkout engines and work @ Apache! I'll start working on the poms for trunk when the deadline for the book has been met.
