Hi,

I am using calendar on some page.
When executed it generates JavaScript inside the form to bind input
field to it, but does not include calendar definition code in the page
header.

The code is almost the same as in wicket-examples: forminput.
I can see input field, the value is correctly read and recognized as
date, date picker is shown where expected, but after I click on it it
only submits form and firefox shows error: Calendar not defined.

The only difference from the wicket example is that my page uses a
template page.
Everything works nicely in my form (other fields) until I try to use
the datepicker.

I am using 1.1 beta 2.

Any hints?

Darek
