Are you trying to return a static file? You click on a link and the
static file (resource) content shall be downloaded to the client? If
that is what you try to do than take a look at ResourceLink and the
various Resource alternatives like PackageResource (we should get some
doc about it in the wiki).  If I'm wrong than please explain the use
case to us.
