Also, the forminput example that uses the DatePicker throws an
exception on the wicket.sf.net site.

Hi again:

I have a Border and a Page.  The Page has a Form that attempts to make
use of the DatePicker, but the JavaScript required in the <head> of
the HTML isn't being inserted.  I've tried putting
<wicket:head></wicket:head> into the Border markup with no change.  Is
there anything special I need to do with the DatePicker and Borders?
