Should that make a difference? The build run throug without failures..
I think I' ll try the new Cvs head..

Did you use ant or maven to build the jar? I had to tweak the
build.xml file quite a bit in order to get a (as far as I can see)
correct build with ant. The maven ant plugin in my plugins folder
apparently doesn't generate a too good build.xml file
