For the people that might not know maven that well: create a snapshot
and install in your local repository with command 'maven clean
jar:install-snapshot'.

Say you want to build the phonebook from cvs with maven, first make
sure all dependencies are set to use the snapshots, like:

    <dependency>
      <groupId>wicket</groupId>
      <artifactId>wicket</artifactId>
      <version>SNAPSHOT</version>
      <properties><war.bundle>true</war.bundle></properties>
    </dependency>

then first build a snapshot of wicket, then on wicket-extensions, and
then build phonebook (e.g. maven clean war).
