Sorry about the delay on this, I was working abroad & didn't notice the issue. What happened is that the hosting provider upgraded to PHP V4.4.1, which broke the MediaWiki <pre> output handling. It was fixed in the latest MediaWiki release but I'd not then installed that, although I've done so now...
