This is because behaviours aren't components and thus cannot
contribute to the header/ body onload. But you generally (probably
always) want them to contribute. Not so much for the reply, but for
putting the ajax libs etc in the page in the first place.
If you see a more elegant way to acchieve the same, please feel free to adjust.
