The latest version (packaged yesterday) of the plugin does exactly that.
If you install it, see the post installation notes on how to enable the
builder which parses the markup streams. If you then open your wicket
java files with wicket editor you should see a component tree in an
outline view.

Note, this is still very much work in progress. So do not depend your
life on it ;)
