It is normal for ibiblio to not accept "snapshot" jars. However, that does
not stop us from setting up our own repository with wicket snapshots. That
way, anybody can add the wicket repo to their Maven2 config (I assume) in
order to allow Maven2 to download the jar, rather than having to do it
manually.
That would be really convenient and would likely encourage people to stay
more up-to-date.
