Configure is the one property that is configured i wicket.
you should use the web.xml for that and and use the configure property for that.

I have a question about development/deployment mode setting.
I use wicket-1.2-rc3.
I set configure(Application.DEPLOYMENT) in my WebApplication class.
So when runtime error occur, wicket show my custom error page, work fine.
But "You are in DEVELOPMENT mode" message is output on console yet.
I set configure(Application.DEVELOPMENT) as a test (I did not set thus far),
and the message is output twice.
