It is pretty much the same thing as ServlerResponse.getInputStream or getWriter():
And that one also returns always the same thing. And the servletResponse is responsable for closing it
because that class did generate the OutputStream (that class did new OutputStream())
what we could do is always create a outputstream but keep that as a reference in a list
and close them all when the FileResourceStream is closed.
So what do people think is logical?
