As Upayavira says, try with http & see if that makes a difference? If not, I'm not sure - What client is that? Maybe try from a command-line client, if not already? I checked it with "svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/wicket/trunk"; and had no problems (although http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/wicket/trunk/wicket-parent might be a smaller test!)
