Is there anyone who likes to volunteer for doing releases of some of the wicket-stuff projects? We (the core team) just can't find enough time for it, and furthermore, we want to keep focussed on the core project instead.
The projects do not need a lot of releasing, though most projects in there could use a release right now. The release manager for wicket-stuff would basically ensure that version numbers are upped when projects are changed and that - if they are changed - a release is made every once in a while. He/ she can of course delegate creating the actual release to the 'owners' of particular projects. Another task of the release manager is to put out a notice (e.g. on this list and/ or on a blog) that a new release is done. And finally he/ she might do some work on the wicket-stuff web site. Any takers? Eelco ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
