I am sorry for "stupid" question again. But, may be, someone can explain to me what is (or give a pointer to) the "right" strategy for dealing with these problems (or, in johan's words - for "using pagemaps correctly"). Again, we think we have a pretty simple case here, with page versioning turned off...
