May I suggest two things:

1. Fix link to the wicket-user archive at
http://wicket.sourceforge.net/mail-lists.html
Currently it leads to sourceforge and gives
"Error: no forum chosen"

2. Create a FAQ entry about performance with link maybe
here:
http://www.nabble.com/Performance-Scalability-tips-p5721658.html
