You can do something like this:
new Label( componentId, new StringResourceModel( "pageTitle", this, new
Model() ) );
In your properties file:
pageTitle=Home
In your html:
<span wicket:id="componentId">Dummy text</span>
Look for StringResourceModel in ProWicket or in the API docs.
