Hmmm. See, I'd say we should move it shortly before 1.3.0 is released, so the inevitable influx of new users don't get confused by the wicket-user list moving all of eight seconds after they join it, and also so they aren't confused by having to sign up to a sourceforge list for what will then be an Apache library.
