Let me get this straight.  Instead of reading the documentation on
wicket's site and determining this for yourself, you want us to do the
work for you and read this documentation and compare?  Why?

I have no idea what's in that page you linked to, but yes, wicket is
fully OO.  Pages, Panels, and Components can be extended and reused.
