The only changes in this branch are the textures used for the roads.
Rather than just impose a change in the appearance of the roads (a highly 
visible element in the game), I offer this branch for review and discussion.  
The aim of the new textures for the normal and busy roads is to make them more 
visible over all of the various terrains in all of the worlds.
