I let 3 AIs have it out, and found the following things that could do with some 
tweaking:

One AI was too far away from the mountains to ever build a mine. Some sentries 
had 2 soldiers in them, but the sentries on the borders couldn't be filled. It 
also had training sites, wasting the iron that might have gotten it to the 
mountains. The AI should make certain it has the required mines before building 
training sites.

The second AI had a border right next to a mountain, but instead of expanding, 
it built a quarry and then a lumberjack, although the basic resources were 
plenty. It had an unfinished training camp sitting around, because it had no 
gold mine.

The third AI built a fish breeder in a spot where there was no space for a 
fisher's house.

One AI built a quarry where the rocks were unreachable across a stretch of 
water, but then dismantled it correctly when the "out of resources" message was 
triggered.
