alright, I removed warehouse stuff. There are some NOCOM comments to look at

It seems it would be too difficult for me to add new class like LuaEconomy, but 
debug_economy atribute is working for buildings and flags so you can test like 
this:
flag_or_building.debug_economy==warehouse.debug_economy
