Because from time to time new bugreports related to the website encyclopedia
(online help) are opened, i thouhgt of making a hint about the faultiness of
the encyclopedia to prevend such bugreports.
So this branch contains currently only a few sentences about the faulty
encyclopedia on the website. it is shown on the first page if someones clicks
on the encyclopedia link in the menu.
In future we should do a rework on the online help... i have some ideas for
that.
