My in-game resolution is 1024x768, 60 fps. It happens anytime the view or mouse 
pointer moves automatically (see diff). For example, the first tutorial mission 
errors just after activating build spaces.

Can you try running 'wl.ui.MapView().viewpoint_x = 2.5' via the script console 
to see if you can reproduce it at all?
