Removed clang 3.6, clang 3.7 and gcc 4.9 from .travis.yml.

Travis builds are taking about 3 hours at the moment, because we're running 22
jobs. This branch will reduce this to 16 jobs, leaving the 2 highest and 2
lowest compiler versions each.
