Review: Needs Information ypopezios what is the purpose / descripton of this branch?
You want to adress that "ai roads getting jammed a lot". You already improved road promotion, but this is not the case here? Does this inlcude the "swapping the routing" idea (which is really good!) Testing would check how somme AIs behave on this "concentric rings" and other "strange" maps :-) Do you have time to care for Guns (very valid) comments?
