You can try the attached files. fort2dx converts the 2D fermi surface fort files, like fort.11, to dx files. The wien2dfsdx.net and wien2dfsdx.cfg are the OpenDX files, which read and plot the data in the dx file. I have a manual that describes the files in a little more detail, but it's too big for the list. If you want it, send a request to my email address.
