As I told you before, the error is already in lapw0. As long as you have NaN in the output0 file, no need to continue.
These problems come from xcpot1.f We need more details, how your sysadmin installed wien2k. I suggest he recompiles lapw0 WITHOUT any optimization and all checks on.
