Ignore "hup: Command not found", it is not a problem as reported before in the mailing list archive that you can search [http://www.mail-archive.com/wien%40zeus.theochem.tuwien.ac.at/msg10937.html].
The "stop error" after lapw1 is a problem, but there is not enough information to know why. Is there an error message in the lapw1.error file? You might also need to set debugging options to determine what is causing the problem. For example, you might need to add -fbacktrace, which might be similar to -traceback in ifort [http://fortranwiki.org/fortran/show/Debugging+tools].
